Midwinter Conference on Living Mindfully

The Counseling Center of the Fourth Presbyterian Church in downtown Chicago is sponsoring a workshop on mindful living.  Here's the announcement from their January newsletter:

Living Mindfully
A Midwinter Conference
The ancient practice of mindfulness is being rediscovered and reclaimed as a modern method of finding well-being, improving relationships, and living our lives completely. To provide an opportunity to explore the benefits of mindfulness and learn ways to practice mindful living, on Saturday, February 28, the Lorene Replogle Counseling Center will host a one-day conference on “Living Mindfully.”
Dr. Roger Thomson, Director of Training at the Lorene Replogle Counseling Center, a clinical psychologist, and a Zen Buddhist priest, will be the keynote speaker. Details about this conference, which will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., are available in the literature racks and by contacting the Counseling Center at 312.787.8425.
